With a background in Mathematics and Computer Applications, and over a decade of experience across global brands like IBM and Apple, she brings vision, creativity, and leadership to the community. Today, she continues to lead R2 Tribe with passion ensuring that every member finds not just events, but experiences and belonging.

The backbone of R2 Tribe, Praneeth ensures the community runs seamlessly balancing both operations and finances with precision. With a strong background in MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, Engineering from Andhra University and over a decade of experience as business development head managing global clients across the USA & APAC region. While the adventure brings us together, it’s praneeth’s quiet strength and operational magic that keep the journey moving forward.
While Shweta drives the creative and community spirit, Praneeth makes sure the wheels keep turning handling everything from budgets to execution, so that members experience nothing but joy and ease.
